What’s to keep someone from leaking the second volume? I understand the danger but there has to be a way.

It's an important question. The challenge is the enormous personal and legal risks whistleblowers face now that Trump controls the DOJ. Anyone considering leaking Volume 2 knows they'll become an immediate target. It would require immense courage—and a willingness to accept extreme retaliation. But historically, truth does eventually find a way.

Someone will step up. Why can’t it be a specially protected condition like Wikileaks.

We know volume two of jack

Smiths investigation has to be about government secrets sold for money, Russia Saudi Arabia and other enemies bought them. Trump sold secrets sold for money. Extortion is trumps go To motive. What’s the worst that could happen?? This is how you answer practically every question trump demands. When questions arise about motive , Think the worst most selfish motive , and you won’t be far off. Trump is always about himself first not America.

He might also be about what’s best for Russia. Think about how Russia wants to see us die as a nation and their boy krasnov will help them and try not to get caught. If he gets caught he just flips his accusers off. One day it will go badly for trump.

Maybe someone will find a copy of a copy of a copy on a park bench somewhere. I have been wondering for some time now what became of Smith; vanishing almost immediately - he probably had to move to that secret base on the dark side of the moon. As long as he stays safe; having his whereabouts disclosed would not do much towards that end. I always felt the final act was an epic tragedy after so many years of diligent and irrefutable work, and my younger self’s naïveté hoped he still had a trick up his sleeve.

It’s all distraction or the playbook of accusations pointed at others for the exact behavior he is engaged in - sociopath or malignant narcissist it doesn’t matter - he’s destruction and chaos at every turn.

Well said. It's always projection and deflection. Trump accuses others of what he's most guilty of himself, creating constant chaos to keep everyone disoriented and distracted from his actions. Recognizing that is essential.

This was a massive crime. Now historians will have to figure out why it wasn’t treated as one.

Yes. Future historians will grapple with how we allowed this to happen in plain sight. That’s why it’s so critical we keep documenting, amplifying, and refusing to let these crimes fade from memory.

Even after 10 years of the intrusion of a grifting moron into the political scene, it is still stunning to read what we all saw happen during the Trump scourge of American politics. To think judges like Aileen Cannon, conservative members of the SCOTUS, and formerly respectable GOP compressional members have all agreed to be contaminated by a felon, is sickening. They bent their knees and relinquished their integrity.

Reading this report, knowing it falls on the deaf ears of those who elected this poor excuse of a man, is sad. This report should be made available publicly as were the Mueller Report, and the January 6th Commission Reports. A man who seeks to hide his criminality doesn’t deserve the white glove treatment the mainstream media gives him. This is a dark part of our history and should be available for all to see before it becomes a sequel to The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich.

Precisely. Trump isn’t protecting America—he’s protecting himself from accountability and enriching himself in the process. The presidency has become his ultimate shield against justice.

Reminds me of the 2008 financial meltdown. Nobody was really brought to justice. There were huge bailouts and many lost their homes, savings and 401(k) accounts. So they got mad. Here we go again.

That's an insightful parallel. When accountability fails, public trust collapses, creating fertile ground for authoritarianism. We're facing the consequences of a decades-long erosion of accountability.

That’s exactly why Trump is desperate to bury Volume 2. The specifics of why he took classified documents—and how he intended to use them—could be explosive. Given his actions since regaining office, the possibilities are deeply concerning.

It's honestly the most likely explanation given Trump's behavior and alliances. We don't have definitive proof yet, but the extreme lengths he's taking to suppress Volume 2 strongly suggest there's something profoundly damaging there. All the more reason transparency is critical now.

Judge Cannon should have been charged for deliberate bias and removed from the courts. Thomas was pulling the strings on this case, and Thomas was meeting with Putin in person at the time!! Any Judge , especially a Justice in our Supreme Court is meeting with a Dictator, needs to be removed immediately!!! Now Thomas is in the pocket of Trump and Putin!!

It's deeply alarming how compromised the judiciary has become under Trump—especially figures like Judge Cannon. When judges and justices openly show bias or meet privately with authoritarian leaders, public trust is shattered. Restoring accountability has to be a priority, starting with transparency around these troubling ties.

With regards to the following observation made by the author of this article: "Had Trump lost the 2024 election, he would have gone to trial."

The following signal should be considered a truthful notation of imperative importance!

In the light of the slowly surfacing truth about what actually happened with the 2024 Election, it is becoming a clear and obvious fact that Trump, in fact, actually lost the 2024 election.

For instance consider the following important and continually developing information that is being reconstructed into definitive body of knowledge detailing criminal interference across the entire spectrum of crimes focused on numerous subversive activities and actions designed and implemented to throw the true election results off the publicly visible track with what can only accurately be deemed as unnatural election results that clearly and obviously do not align with reality, as it was, again clearly and obviously, understood and perceived by the public at large in the immediate time period preceding the actual election date of November 5, 2024:

The excerpt below is the first part of a series focused on election interference that took place on a scale unrealized in measure and reveals the likelihood of a Trump-Musk criminal organization that is dedicated to denying all Americans of whatever political persuasion their most important civil right—the Right To Vote!

______________________________________________

[Excerpt begins]

Trump also won every other swing state in the country. In the days that followed the election, preliminary estimates bubbled up regarding how unlikely it seemed that one candidate could win all seven swing states — outside of mandatory recount margins — while securing less than 50% of the popular vote. The last time one Presidential candidate won a clean sweep of all swing states was 1984, when Ronald Reagan won 49 of 50 states with 58.8% of the popular vote.1

The Election Truth Alliance (ETA), a non-profit, non-partisan organization supporting election analysis, has uncovered investigative findings and data patterns consistent with voter manipulation in their analysis of Pennsylvania election results. We are advocating for hand-audit of paper ballot records in Pennsylvania.

Additionally, Donald Trump has made statements that raise alarm about election interference in Pennsylvania. At a pre-inauguration rally on January 19, 2025, he commented from the podium that Elon Musk’s familiarity with “vote-counting computers” connected to “winning Pennsylvania like in a landslide.”

Nathan Taylor, ETA Executive Director of Advocacy and Public Engagement, has described the specific reference to ‘vote-counting computers’ in this context as concerning. “Vote tabulators are essentially ballot-counting machines and are a critical part of America’s election infrastructure,” states Taylor. “Some are built-in, and others are stand-alone systems. Tabulators can scan and interpret ballots, store ballot images, and add vote totals. If tabulators have been compromised, we have a huge problem with the integrity of our elections.”

You're right to highlight that Trump's return to power raises serious questions about the integrity of the 2024 election, especially given his documented history of enabling and benefitting from foreign interference. In my earlier article, "The End of Free Elections: Trump’s Russia Ties and the Intelligence Collapse", I outlined concrete evidence of Russian interference and Trump's troubling alignment with Putin—patterns that are deeply concerning and still unresolved. While we don’t yet have definitive proof of specific manipulation of vote counts, there are enough unanswered questions and troubling developments to justify ongoing vigilance and scrutiny. The erosion of trust in elections itself serves Trump's agenda, making transparency all the more crucial.
